The location and view of Fortaleza Bay are a distinguishing characteristic of this house. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and an outdoor shower. Ideal for 4 people, maximum 6. The property has parking for the car. For those coming by bus from São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro, arriving at the bus station, you need to take the local bus to Fortaleza to get to the house. This same bus serves other destinations, the central part, the northern beaches and also the others in the south. Another alternative is the Uber service, which is growing in the city, so it is often possible to request them. Next to the house, there is a small shop with basic items. For those looking for a larger supermarket, there is the Praia Dura Supermarket (returning to the highway, go right, and you will find the market on the opposite side) and there is the Paulista Supermarket in Lázaro (located on Lázaro beach). For a pharmacy, we recommend Praia Maranduba or Praia Lázaro (which is often not open, so Praia Maranduba is the first option). About the beaches, Fortaleza beach is a beach with calm waters and offers some kiosks. Praia Brava da Fortaleza is more deserted, has a smaller stretch of sand, and it is possible to surf. Guests can access them on foot, with Fortaleza being about 400 meters away, a 5-10 minute walk, and about 5 more minutes to get to Brava da Fortaleza beach. I like to personally welcome guests when possible, but there is also a nearby caretaker. For foreign guests, I speak German and English.

Designed by Carlos Lemos, our house is one-story, spacious, and super bright. Situated on a plot of land with a privileged view of the sea and the mountains. It is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with few neighbors, about 500 meters from the beach. The house is well equipped with a full kitchen and laundry room, and has fast internet (100Mb) with Wi-Fi in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and the balcony outdoor area is quite large with a deck, hammocks and a portable barbecue.
