The location is impeccable, of great access and close to Beira Mar. The 24-hour concierge is a great point for those who need to check in at a flexible time. About the site, is the suggestion to pay greater attention to the care and cleaning of the bedroom closet and bathroom box, change of mattress and pillows that are apparently not legal. Overall it was a great stay and I would come back other times :)

The location is great. The spectacular view. Very clean apartment. Excellent benefit costs. The problems were very poor quality towels (thin, old and small) and small, cheap constant climbing through the holes of the bathroom drain. The latter is certainly a problem of the host's knowledge and needs to be resolved.

My stay was brief but I really enjoyed it. The flat has an excellent location, with a gorgeous sea view. Good bed, comfortable, kitchen items available, 24/7 reception. Ivelize always available, in short, very good, met my expectations.

Great location, with an impeccable view! There are nearby restaurants, bars and supermarkets, which made it very easy to stay. Adryana was wonderful, super kind and attentive at all times. Super recommend and I will definitely come back more often! The accommodation is in a hotel, so the parking is rotating. I was lucky to get a vacancy, and it was all very quiet.

It was wonderful these days that I was staying, everything clean, very good taste, comfortable, wonderful location. New apartment and furniture, smelling bedding, very spacious bathroom; the view, ah the view is a scenery, too beautiful! Raquel a sweetheart, always requests even offered us flexibility at checkin, gave several restaurant tips… All perfect, I will indicate with certainty.

We love the time in the place of Luana! We stayed a little over a week and the cost of benefit is great! Location is the high point. We made everything on foot, from market, pharmacy, restaurants, to gym and beach. The internet signal is of excellent quality, I worked from home office for several days without any signal oscillation. It is a great differential to have the comfort of air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, since the days were very hot. Tidy apto, many utensils offered, from bed and bath linens to the super-equipped kitchen. Some old-fashioned furniture and utensils, perhaps a more frequent survey would be interesting to make sure that everything is in full operation. I would recommend the place of Luana and would come back for sure! We had all necessary support during the stay. Luana is great and very attentive always.

A quiet stay. The location is great, close to the supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop, promenade for hiking/cycling, close to the fair. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped kitchen, good rooms, excellent air conditioning.

Excellent location very close to the beach with everything you need such as supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby, not to mention that it is one block from the seaside market. The building staff is very helpful and always willing to help. Cozy apartment and makes you feel at home

Loved the location and how easy the check in was. The flat is well equipped and very suitable to the 4 of us. However, the leaking aircon made things inconvenient. Continuous dripping through the night was far from ideal.

I loved staying at Sonya's. The apartment and location were great and she was also very attentive. I got sick during my stay and she brought me medicine and soup. it was very thoughtful of her.

It was a great stay, the apartment is in a good location, near the beach of the future that contains several stalls. I found the concierge of the building a little confusing, often slow to open/close the garage and the instructions where the apartment/vacancy was not passed. Once again, an excellent stay, I would definitely stay again in Marcus' apartment on a new visit to Fortaleza.

Rural met me well, I stayed around for 9 days. There is a little market with basic things in the hotel, view from the very beautiful room. Great cost-benefit for those who are looking to get to know the city.
