Holiday rentals in Fosby

The house was large, with two lovely large bathrooms and good beds/mattresses. The kitchen was well equipped and with a good fireplace. The house is located with a beautiful view of a water and you see an old church at the end of the water. Lovely beautiful, peaceful and harmonious view. Nice hiking opportunities in the woods right on the other side of the road. Very nice little hike through the forest with irr green moss, and a lovely view of water, forest and sky at the top. If we had more time, we should have walked more along possibly around the water and looked at the cute Swedish living rooms and farms around the water. Fredrik's home was a joy! The expansive view across Lake Vänern included bird life, small boats and magnificent sunsets. We felt right at home - the kitchen was well equipped, the living area was cozy and the bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoors, we enjoyed it all - the dock and small row boat, the sauna and hot tub. Fredrik's home was private, impeccably clean, uncluttered and filled with natural light. We also discovered many tranquil, easy trails in the surrounding area that took us to other points along the lake. Some of the trails were even within walking distance of Fredrik's home. Groceries, local restaurants and a few cafés were only 15-30 minutes away by car. Coming from Annapolis, Maryland in the USA, some of the hikers we met on the trails asked why were in this part of Sweden. Our answer was easy - it's a magical area and we loved staying in Fredrik's place!

Well planned and very cozy cabin near the lake. The garden had plenty of room for activities for the kids. Henrik was very easily accessible when we had questions about directions and other things. We were there over a weekend but would have loved to stay longer!

Second New Year here, and we got snow again. Really tranquil place and beautiful. Nice trails to walk.

The apartment was just perfect! Very modern, stylishly decorated in Scandinavian design, and absolutely clean. The central location was ideal for exploring Oslo – many sights, restaurants, and shops were within easy walking distance. I felt at home from the very first moment and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The location is great with an amazing view and quick access to the tram and downtown within a few minutes. The apartment had everything we could need and felt like home. Checking in and out was super easy.

We were up and running so home was perfect as ours was 150 meters from the cabin we used the cabin for shared dining and some coziness in the evening I have asked Johan about a lot of things and have gotten answers in for a few minutes each he is a great host Only downside was that doors should be left open during food lichen due to smoke detector

The house is ideal for a quiet Sweden vacation. Location great. Those who go on vacation in Sweden know that you have to drive a car. Hiking area nearby and top. Shopping opportunities for small and large shopping nearby and/or easily accessible. Jörg gives tips, but also leaves you alone if you want. So great here too. Very friendly and easy to deal with. This is how it has to be a vacation. Although Jörg doesn't do the usual advertisement with moose, we saw two moose in the wild. Great. The notions of cleanliness are certainly different everywhere. There was nothing you couldn't quickly clean with a rag.
