Bruno’s place was very comfortable and clean, it’s also in a great location! Just a heads up for any fellow Americans that are used to A/C at the slightest sign of heat, the A/C is not available until May. But that being said just opening the windows and letting the place cool down naturally worked wonderfully as the ocean breeze drops the temperature quickly after sundown.

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend in relaxation, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with some swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or go on simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always available and responsive, and very friendly. Absolutely recommended!

The villa is as described. The slopes were a challenge for me because, at 90 years old, I have difficult walking. The villa is on a hillside in a wooded area with a lovely view of the sea. Plenty of places around the grounds to sit and relax. While the building has been restored, it retains original window shutters and curved brick ceilings. Picturesque tiles decorate the face of the building. Rebecca was an amazing host. She quickly responds to any questions one might have.

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

Scenic Italian Escape: Cozy & Modern Vacation Home

The location of the house couldn't have been better than this, it was perfect! The village is lovely and charming, with lots of hidden corners to explore by foot. The cute village cats were very friendly, they would frequently visit our front door begging to get pets. As for the house itself, there are many room for improvements, but we still had a great time staying there. The host, Josie, is super friendly and is always ready to offer help when you need it. We had a small car accident and Josie helped us lots with that although she wasn't in Italy at that time, which we were so grateful for. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity, such that we could explore this beautiful village!

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. We enjoyed the accommodation with the 2 apartments very much. The hosts are very friendly and responded immediately to questions. We also appreciated their discretion and always felt free. Accommodation is as pictured, great view and beautiful garden for playing our kids 4&6 years. We will be happy to come back, thank you very much for everything😀

Apartment a stone's throw from the beach and with immediate access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets, great location! Free parking space inside. Clean, tidy and essential apartment... everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Cristiano and Ervis are super available and present for every need! We asked for a high chair and a camping bed for our son and it was given to us at no additional cost! The cleaning lady is very friendly and helpful! Thank you! See you soon!

Easy and effective communication, the apartment was super clean. The very large terrace is nice, unfortunately we could not use it. Free parking in the area, it was also available in the garage.

Highly recommended! Recently renovated apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and large living room. The furnishings are new and refined, in perfect condition. The apartment is really very large and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The entrance is self-contained, so you have all the privacy of the case. I really enjoyed staying here. It is a great starting point from which to explore the surroundings, such as the coast of Trabocchi or Campo Imperatore. Silvia and the others were very nice and always available.

The host was accurate and helpful-it provided us with detailed information that made everything easier since we arrived.
