A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. Cozy one bedroom home. Extremely comfortable stay for a group of four or less. Our home features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, conveniently located washer and dryer on the second floor and a private outdoor space in the fenced in backyard. There is parking available in the driveway directly in front of the home. This is a fantastic location for family vacations and fun getaways. It is centrally located in downtown Fairbanks.
