It is a small farm, with an area of tropical forest, fruit trees, with a house with 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen (stove, microwave and refrigerator), a balcony with benches, 1 swimming pool (4mx8mx1.40m), 1 barbecue area near the pool with sink and refrigerator, 3 bathrooms. Check-in and check-out times for weekends and holidays, as well as rates, must be mutually agreed upon, above 1 night. The road is paved.
