Located in the Grandview area of Columbus, this home is just 2 miles from the Shoe, Short North Arts District and close to downtown! Once owned by a local family-owned iron company, it still showcases lots of custom ironwork inside and out. The spacious rooms have high ceilings and lots of character with one full private bedroom, a large sleeping loft and bath.
