Welcome to our luxurious and spacious 52m² guest suite loft in Jacks Point, perfectly located just 10 mins from the airport and five mile &Remarkables shopping center. Also it’s a 5-mins drive to the Remarkables Ski Base parking lot. The room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable Queen bed, spacious wardrobes, a sofa bed ,and a large dining table for your convenience. You'll also have exclusive access to a private ensuite bathroom, with an additional toilet available downstairs.

Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

A sun filled one-bedroom, bathroom , studio with king size bed attached to our new home with stunning views of the Remarkables. The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals. The cottage is nestled away with a private garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living/separate bathroom/toilet/large deck/shared driveway. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Private one-bedroom unit attached to the main house, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outdoor seating overlooking the marina and The Remarkables. Just a two-minute walk to cafés & bakerys, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.
