Lovely, spacious and bright flat with a beautifully furnished terrace. Beautifully furnished, plus its own carport. The flat is located 350 metres from the train station; it takes 25 minutes to get to Copenhagen city centre. The golf club and Kokkedal Castle are located in the back garden. There are forests and beaches within walking distance. There is a very close-knit neighbourhood community in the area; everyone is lovely and friendly. The ideal holiday home for those who want to experience the vibrant energy of Copenhagen while still enjoying the nature, beauty and tranquillity of their accommodation.

In addition, a newly renovated room in the basement with underfloor heating with space for 2. The home is centrally located with a short distance to the city, castle park and Esrum lake. Barbecue and pizza oven, as well as delicious lounge furniture on the large terrace. Walking distance from Fredensborg Castle and castle park. Swimming pool of 8x4x1.5 with salt water and heat pump for heating.

The area is characterized by forest and nature and close to Rungsted Harbor, which offers a rich restaurant and shopping life. Close to Lousiana, Kronborg and Copenhagen. Close to the Coastal Railway and bus 150S that runs to Nørreport Station. The host will not be present during the stay. The host is fluent in Danish, Swedish, German and English.

Bright and inviting - private entrance. View of cozy south-facing front yard. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, TV room. Possibility of 2 extra beds. I live on the top floor myself and stay in the backyard so you have your privacy. 3 hens cluck when there are fresh eggs for you.

The house is very central to village, 8 mins walk from train station, 45 mins by train from Copenhagen Airport, 30 mins by car to CPH, in the countryside, but only a short walk to: beaches, forest, bakery, shops & supermarkets, restaurants (pizzaria, gourmet: "Sletten" in the old harbour) cafe's and cinema. Easy walking to Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Karen Blixen Museum (Rungsted), close to Kronborg and Fredensborg castle (The Queens summer residence) or go by ferry to Sweden on a daytrip.

Ground floor apartment in quiet surroundings, within walking distance of Louisiana (1.7 km) and Bjerre Strand (900 m). Easy access to shopping (600 m) via the trail system. Free parking in front of the property. Modernly decorated with a large bedroom. The apartment has a good bathroom with a washing machine, so you can wash clothes during your stay. Large outdoor living room with terrace and cozy planting. The apartment is occupied on a daily basis and bears the mark of being my home.

Bright and peaceful annex with private entrance, bathroom, and toilet – perfect for one or two guests seeking calm close to the sea and nature. No kitchen, but coffee and tea are available. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.
