Wide doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, making the room an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50 m2 covered terrace allows you to play table tennis. You can go directly along a small path down to one of Denmark's very best beaches for swimming. The holiday home is located near Sæby, a charming coastal town with a cosy harbour, beautiful forests, small cafés and an atmospheric old town centre. The interior design is practical and simple, with a focus on light and cosiness. There are plenty of lovely outdoor cosy spots.

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.
