Let me save you the time, Mr. Javier and his associate are wonderful people and host. They went out today their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible and their attitudes really had a positive impact and helped us on an otherwise very stressful work trip. They even offered to help with the buying and shipping of sill sheets which was a truly elegant and deeply appreciated gesture.

I traveled to Medellin often and I have stayed in numerous apartments/airbnb’s however I have never had such a tremendous experience with the hostess as I did with Tatiana. From the turn of the for my first week of staying in her beautiful apartment, I was greeted by her assistant Paola who also was right there for my every need. I felt so good there that I decided to stay for another 4 more days. Tatiana would text me to check on my day and would also recommend places and things to do. I think I now found my little home away from home whenever I plan to make a trip back to Medellin/ Sabaneta area, I’m definitely booking my stay at Tatiana apartment.

The place is lovely! Clean, lots of natural light. The host is responsive and cordial. There is construction in the back (behind the property) so the view that you see on the listing is now partially blocked by a building. However, you can still see the trees and the balcony offers a peaceful place to relax. We had issues with the internet every night, it seems to get slow at night so we couldn't stream Netflix, the host tried to help but the issue kept happening. Santiago (the guy who takes care of the building, gives you the keys when you arrive and keeps the property) is absolutely fantastic. He was helpful, quick to respond, always with a smile, and he helped us when we needed an after hours pharmacy. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a place near El Retiro (a 10 minute drive to the main square), there is a Mall right next to it with cafes, and restaurants, easy access, nice parking, and a beautiful drive to many places in the area.

Our stay was absolutely magnificent! Christian was an amazing support and made our trip great! The views from the house are indescribable. It is truly a castle in the clouds with every comfort you could want. I highly recommend making a trip to the waterfalls and taking the coffee tour. We hiked to the waterfalls and it was challenging but definitely worth it. If you are looking for a one of a kind experience, you have found it!

Amazing place every time

A very peaceful place, we spent December 31st and we didn't hear any noise. Very nice and easy to get to. There are shops nearby and a nice park. Melina is super friendly. We'll surely be back

The accommodation exceeded all my expectations: the spaces are open, illuminated, comfortable and with a modern decoration that blends perfectly with the charm of a colonial house. The gardens are spacious and very well cared for, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The property is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the key entrance is super practical and safe. The host was very attentive, always attentive to my needs and also gave me excellent recommendations to get to know the village, which is beautiful, safe and perfect for resting. The access road is very good and makes it very easy to check in. From the accommodation you can enjoy a beautiful view that made my stay even more special. Definitely a place I'd love to come back to and 100% recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying at Carlos’s home in Sabaneta, Colombia for a week, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The breathtaking mountain views from the house were nothing short of spectacular. The home itself was incredibly cozy, making it the perfect retreat for our family time. We loved gathering in the living room for cooking, watching movies, and quality time together. Steven, our host, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations for local spots to visit. His insights helped us make the most of our time in the area. The home was ideally situated for visiting relatives and exploring Colombia. Overall, it was the perfect place for a family gathering and an enriching travel experience. Highly recommended!

Everything went very well, they were all very happy, what a pleasant and cozy place, it really causes to spend even if it is a weekend there and enjoy that tranquility. The decoration is very nice, very according to the place and very tasteful. Carolina has her very clear ideas with that place, very nicely organized and managed.
