Summer cottage of about 60m2 with loft. About 25-30 meters to the water. There are bathing facilities, but no boat space. The cabin is connected to summer water/sewer. Only want to rent to families with children and adults. Show consideration for neighbors in terms of noise. Check-in from 4 pm and Check-out by 12 pm. Can be adjusted if it is not rented before/after the stay. Tenants must clean the cabin and empty the garbage. Cleaning can be ordered on request. Bring bed linen & towels!
