Our family had a lovely stay at Agriturismo Fondoliva. The surroundings are amazing and peaceful. Sara was really helpful and lovely that we could charge our electric car for free (7 amps schuko outlet). The pool was out of order (we got the info prior to our stay though) and the floor on the bottom floor was a bit cold but except from that our stay was amazing and we can really recommend Agriturismo Fondoliva to other guests. We are so glad we got the opportunity to stay in Pomelias place. It was Clean and Tidy, walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a very informative host. I hope we can revisit some time :) BR Johan

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Der Blick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, die hintere Terrasse eignet sich gut zum Grillen. Es gibt sogar einen Pizzaofen, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben. Der Pool ist klein, aber zum abkühlen und zur Massage gut geeignet. Das Haus war super sauber und Chiara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This Villa is absolutely stunning and we had such a great time while there. The property is very modern and spacious and has all the amenities you could wish for. Paolo was a fantastic host throughout our stay, very responsive and helpful when needed. The area around the Villa is beautiful and scenic with the next neighbour half a km away, so it feels private like the whole valley you overlook is yours. We spent a fantastic week there with 14 friends cooking food, sunbathing next to the pool and playing games. Thinking about it, I just want to go back  5 stars!!!

I stayed here with my extended family for almost a week. It was just as described. We arrived later than expected and Lorenzo was very accommodating and helped us get settled. We were grateful for a well-stocked kitchen when we arrived as we had come straight from the airport in Palermo. Our favorite part of the house was the outdoor space. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. We ate most of our meals outdoors. It was very peaceful! There is a small village nearby and it is an easy drive to Modica and other larger towns, too. We also took a couple of trips to the beach. Donna Lucata, recommended by Lorenzo, was a favorite. My 3 year old nephew really enjoyed getting to know the resident (outdoor) cat. I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend arriving before dark as the last bit of the drive was easier in the light of day!

We had such a lovely family holiday! Visit was perfect in size/location and amenities! We visited the beach at Sampieri most days for a coffee and Modica Marina was lovely. The town of Scicli is beautiful with many restaurants to try local cuisine. We had a chef come to the villa one evening which was AMAZING all organised by Oriana! We visited Noto and Modica! Both worth a visit! Kids loved the hot tub and even though we went in April we had a few days where we swam in the pool too. Villa was great for the kids as garden all flat and easy to navigate with little legs. All the bedrooms has en suites too which is ideal for groups. We used the bbq most evenings and even had an extra wood delivery which came straight away. Communication was great and always very helpful! Highly recommend this villa and the area!

Helt fantastisk oplevelse, hvor et skønt skønt hus i en dejlig have med en super swimmingpool bare spiller sammen. Vi boede 14 mennesker, nærmest 5 familier i huset, og det fungerede supergodt med alt, hvad vi skulle bruge. Store dejlige værelser med tilhørende badeværelser. Stranden ligger et par hundrede meter væk og er meget skøn. Indkøbsmulighederne er nemme med dejlige kvalitetsvarer lige rundt om hjørnet. Værtsparret er utrolig hjælpsomme og venlige. Vi kan anbefale Villa la Forma dell'Aqua på det varmeste.

La casa di Manuela è molto bella e spaziosa, il giardino è curatissimo e anche il nostro cagnolino l'ha apprezzato tanto, la veranda è uno spazio stupendo, la piscina anche se piccola è utile per rinfrescarsi in ogni momento, il mare inoltre è veramente a pochissimi passi dalla casa! L'ospitalità di Manuela e l'attenzione per gli ospiti vale però anche più del solo alloggio. Dal grande vassoio di frutta fresca con cui ci ha accolti, a tutto il nécessaire per la colazione, giochi e colori per i bambini, attrezzatura per il mare, non ci ha fatto mancare proprio nulla. Inoltre sia lei che suo padre sono stati prontissimi ad aiutarci con qualsiasi richiesta o dubbio in tempi brevissimi. Torneremo con molto piacere

One of my favourite places on Airbnb so far! We felt very comfortable in this lovely, beautifully furnished flat and hope to be back next time we visit Sicily.

Just got back from an amazing stay in this gorgeous yurt and had to leave a review! The location is so unique and peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The yurt itself is super spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. Outside, there’s a large decking area with an outdoor bar, kitchen, and dining space—all styled in a lovely beachy vibe with stunning views. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Plus, it’s just a short distance to a lovely quiet village with restaurants and bars—great for a little exploring and some fantastic meals out. Such a dreamy, tranquil escape—can’t recommend it enough!

Casa splendida in quartiere tranquillo e vicino alle zone di nostro interesse. Sabrina persona solare e accogliente come la sua casa... dimenticavo: c'è una terrazza magnifica per godersi lo spettacolo del cielo soprattutto nelle ore serali

large bedrooms in a very walkable neighborhood. we loved having a view of Ragusa Ibla off the nearest terrace. parking was never an issue and walking to Ibla was easy. the apartment is large and the layout worked well for us (one bedroom on its own and two bedrooms closer to each other.) we'd highly recommend it.

Wir wurden beim vereinbarten Treffunkt erwartet und zum Haus geführt. Vom Haus sind wir begeistert- es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir waren nur zu zweit, das Haus hatte für die ganze Familie Platz geboten- wir haben es auch so genossen. Ein traumhafter Ort und wir sind überglücklich, dass wir zwei Nächte in diesem Schmuckstück verbringen durften. Herzlichen Dank auch für die wertvollen Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge. Wir konnten zu Fuss einiges erleben und auch tagsüber mit dem Auto die Umgebung erkunden Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind 5min zu Fuss erreichst und man findet immer Platz. Der Zugabg zum Haus auch mit Koffern und etwas Gepäck absolut problemlos. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft allen!

Carmelo war ein fantastischer Host. Wir haben uns ziemlich verspätet und Camilo war sehr geduldig mit uns. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos; auch wenn weder unser Italienisch noch sein Englisch perfekt sind. Auch die Unterkunft war für einen kurzen Städtetrip perfekt: Einerseits war man nur wenige Minuten vom historischen Stadtkern Ragusas entfernt; andererseits war die Wohnung super ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich nachts von dem ganzen Laufen und Treppensteigen ausruhen konnte.

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

My family and I (9 persons) had a great time in Modica. The place is amazing, with the separate kitchen and the 3 houses. Also the garden and the swimming pool are great. Sofia was very kind and helpfull during our stay. We would recommend this place!!

Das Tiny House von Chiara ist ein echtes Juwel. Es liegt an einer Straße mitten auf dem Land SIziliens. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Außenküche und die Terrasse sind absolute Highlights, wir werden uns noch lange an unseren Aufenthalt erinnern und können die Unterkunft zum entspannen und Ruhe genieße absolt empfehlen. Es ist zu beachten, dass es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt,sodass man sich die Außenküche und die Terrasse also teilt, was uns nicht gestört hat da wir sehr nette Nachbarinnen hatten. Zudem sollte man harte Matratzen mögen :)

Exceptional stay - cannot recommend highly enough. Loved our time here. Huge thanks to property manager Elena, outstanding hospitality!!! Cottage was cosy and very comfortable, with excellent cooking facilities. Washing machine on property very handy. Peaceful surrounds to come home to. Excellent location to use as base to explore Val di noto towns; supermarkets and great beaches nearby. We were lucky enough to get to try some home made pizza - the best we have had in Sicily, or anywhere in Italy.

Wir waren im Sommer für 7 Tage bei Claudio - 4 Erwachsene. Es war wunderbar ! Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz für 4, unten ist ein großer Küchen/Wohnbereich, oben sind 3 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Alles ist blitzsauber. Das Beste ist allerdings der Aussenbereich - super Pool, schöner gepflegter Garten, mehrere Terrassen und wunderbare Aussicht. Das Haus liegt Abseits gelegen und ist sehr ruhig (wesentlich mehr Natur- als Autogeräusche). Zum Dorf könnte man ggf. Laufen allerdings ist es mit dem Auto besser. Dort gibt es wunderbare Granita und kleine Einkaufsläden. Zu den Stränden sind es ca 45min und es gibt einige tolle Orte zu erkunden. Aber am Besten ist Claudio, der sich mit viel italienischem Herz und Einsatz um alles kümmert und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle ist. Top Service, super location und toller Outdoor Bereich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our whole experience with Villa Clara has been perfect! This stunning villa really gave us everything and more than we expected. Prior to reaching the villa, we had some delays whilst travelling. Everything was more than accommodated for, nothing was trouble and they wanted to make sure we arrived safely. On arriving, our host met with us so we could be guided to the villa. We were met by three family members who were very friendly. They gave us a tour and showed us around the land and told us of everything that grows there. The landscaping is immaculate and the olive trees are just wonderful. It was a truly welcoming and homely experience! We were given Clara’s number should we need anything whilst we stayed. We messaged a couple of times and got very fast response s which we were grateful for. Olive oil from the olive trees that had been harvested was gifted to us. It really was a nice touch and olive oil was the best I’ve ever tasted. Thank you for making us feel at home x

It is a villa that rent one floor and let the other for a business school. The pool is also open to other house, so privacy is not total. However we spend amazing days there and the house and the pool is so clean, with high quality stuff and decoration and very confortable rooms, the views are awesone and it is so quiet, we just miss some food basics at the house as oil, salt etc, however we would come back with any doubt. Finally point out that the comunication with Denis the host was so fluid and he gave us lots of recommendations of the area.
