Lovely apartment, it was walking distance to the centre of Modica and to beautiful historic buildings, everywhere we went people were friendly, it's also a good location to travel from. Simone and Fabio were so very hospitable and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

For over 10 years we have stayed in many beautiful Airbnb homes, around Europe, and I must admit, with a touch of pride, that the Italian/Sicilian hospitality of the host Emilia was the best ever received. Not only was the house very clean and particularly comfortable, but the attention we received from Emilia made our vacation wonderful. All hosts usually just recommend restaurants in the area while Emilia shared her love for Val di Noto with us, suggesting how to best enjoy the Sicilian Baroque, hiking itineraries, hidden beaches, and related free parking, and then ending at the best pastry shops and farms where you can taste the best cannoli with fresh ricotta. There were 4 of us and we spent a week in Ragusa and a week in Syracuse. After moving to a new home in Syracuse, Emilia sent us photos of beaches and oases to visit in the Syracuse area too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

What we liked We were well informed and had a very great contact via air bnb as well as with Paolo the owner. We had all the information we need and the hosts were always available. The handover on site went smoothly and you also respond to requests (order bed/high chair). The house is very well equipped and offers everything for an unforgettable relaxing holiday. The location is perfect to reach the neighboring long sandy beach but also by car surrounding restaurants. Shopping etc. We have seen some beaches on our trip this is especially nice with the dunes and long to go for a nice walk. What we didn't like The TV is very small and it didn't work(reception of programs). We would have done a TV evening in the off season when it's fresh outside. Suggestion maybe a modern TV/ smart TV with Netflix etc would be a great add on

The place is absolutely awesome. In 5 minutes by foot by the sea. The fact that it is not located directly on the beach has a lot of front parts in the evening, for noise levels, etc. The equipment of the accommodation is also impeccable. Above all, the outdoor shower did it to us. I really can't write anything bad. From the owner to the accommodation everything is GREAT!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruna's house which is a few minutes walk from the beach. Ideal for a family with 3 or more children as there are 4 bedrooms and plenty of space. Parking space in front of the house entrance. Punta secca is a very pretty little village where you can find everything you need, restaurants, bar, food store. We'll definitely be back!

A magnificent choice enhanced by the care that Chiara put into the house, cozy, clean and comfortable. The terrace with BBQ is a huge added value. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Thank you's house is very nice and well-kept. The bedrooms are separated by a wall that does not reach the ceiling, so the air circulates better and you can hear any requests from the children. It worked well for us. The pergola and garden are very pleasant and since there are no mosquitoes you can fully use them! In addition, the shaded parking space is comfortable motorcycle. The house also has air conditioning, we used it a few hours at night to cool off, the country is still very ventilated and the temperature drops at night (July 2024). We had a great time!
