La Carretteria, loft with period features

Discover a modern environment that treasures its origins. In ancient times it was a Carretteria, a typical Sicilian structure, where the Sicilian carts were built and at the same time the straw was transported inside. There are many signs of that time, integrated in an atmosphere where you can breathe Sicily yesterday and today. The characteristic exposed stone, the peculiarity of the soft lights and the crackling of the fireplace, make the ambiance very romantic and characteristic.

Pretty house Island of Ortigia

The house is located in the heart of Ortigia close to Piazza Duomo, Teatro Comunale, Palazzo Bellomo, Palazzo Montalto, Piazza Archimedes Archimedean Museum, the Temple of Apollo. At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

It consists of a cozy kitchen, a living room with a loft on which there is the bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a 20 sqm terrace, equipped with Wi-Fi. It is furnished and cared for in every detail to make your stay truly comfortable. The "Self Check-In" service is active, but I always prefer to personally welcome my guests.

Archimede, Caravaggio's peinture) and to the Mercato full of typical food.

From the careful restoration of an old carpentry, this splendid loft is born, a few minutes' walk from the Cathedral of Noto. The loft is on two levels, the first of which has a large living room with an open island kitchen complete with appliances and a bathroom with a dressing room, toilet and bathtub.
