Exactly what we wanted. After a long flight, we knew we wanted a private, quiet space, with gorgeous views, and access to the ocean and a pool - and that is exactly what we got. It was serene. Rita and Sebastiano were easy to communicate with, and check in was a breeze. The apartment has the cutest touches. I love the decor. The porch is perfect to relax and read and enjoy the sun rise. The plants are very impressive. The view of Etna, stunning. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we made all our meals. The walk to the water is easy, and the ladder to the sea, makes it so easy to get in and out. The pool is deep and the cleanest pool I’ve ever been in. And finally, I’m a cat lover, so was so happy to meet the neighborhood kitties and have them greet us. A wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you could need. Also the pull-out bed on the upper floor was comfortable. Due to the water pumps on the rooftops in Noto, earplugs are to be recommended if you should have light sleep and like to sleep for a long time. The city center with many restaurants is great to reach with a small evening walk. We were super satisfied :)

Great base location for day trips to Catania/Etna, Syracusa and Noto. Next door neighbor (Giovanni’s cousin) was extremely gracious and helpful orienting us to the area and some of the history of the house as well as Sicily. Very comfortable accommodation. Would love to visit again.

clean and fully stocked accommodation. Gianna, her husband and daughter were very kind and, given the low season, I was able to postpone the checkout. A short walk to the sea and a 10-minute walk to the center of Marzamemi. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Andrea was super communicative, even before we arrived. He was flexible and allowed us to check in a bit early, and met us at the parking and guided us to the home. The location is fantastic, easy walking to everywhere in Ortigia. Andrea provided a guide for recommendations, including bars, restaurants, excursions, etc. WiFi was good throughout the unit, including on the rooftop terrace. The decor was super cute and had everything needed for a great vacation stay. Definitely recommended! Grazie!

What we liked We were well informed and had a very great contact via air bnb as well as with Paolo the owner. We had all the information we need and the hosts were always available. The handover on site went smoothly and you also respond to requests (order bed/high chair). The house is very well equipped and offers everything for an unforgettable relaxing holiday. The location is perfect to reach the neighboring long sandy beach but also by car surrounding restaurants. Shopping etc. We have seen some beaches on our trip this is especially nice with the dunes and long to go for a nice walk. What we didn't like The TV is very small and it didn't work(reception of programs). We would have done a TV evening in the off season when it's fresh outside. Suggestion maybe a modern TV/ smart TV with Netflix etc would be a great add on

The apartment is perfectly planned, functional and with historical charm. Everything is not old or new, which gives the space coziness. Wonderful yard and street. The bed is comfortable! The sea is visible from the front door, 5 minutes to the platform where you can swim. Host Giuseppe is friendly and helpful, we could count on him, and this is very important in a strange city. Thank you, Giuseppe! I can recommend this wonderful place.

The place is absolutely awesome. In 5 minutes by foot by the sea. The fact that it is not located directly on the beach has a lot of front parts in the evening, for noise levels, etc. The equipment of the accommodation is also impeccable. Above all, the outdoor shower did it to us. I really can't write anything bad. From the owner to the accommodation everything is GREAT!!!

Our stay at this apartment was great! The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. An absolute highlight was the spacious, sunny terrace, which is equipped with good shade. Here we could have a relaxing breakfast in the morning and end the day with a glass of wine in the evening – just wonderful! The location is just as perfect: in just a 5-minute walk you can reach the beach, which was a huge plus for us. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would also like to highlight the extremely friendly communication with the host. He was always helpful to us and gave us great tips for excursions and restaurants in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in Sicily.
