We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Casa do Baco is part of a group of houses located in Quinta Barqueiros D'Ouro, Barqueiros, in the Douro Demarcated Region. Come and settle in a historic Douro farmhouse with a wine estate to enjoy! The independent house is located on the second floor of the Main House, with two flights of stairs, and features a good bedroom, bathroom, common living room with sofa bed and equipped with a complete Kitchenette, TV and Wi-Fi. For guests' comfort, we have a luggage elevator.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).
