115 m2 loft in a secure building with a large south-facing terrace, large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine (with ladder staircase), each with a double bed, secure parking space, 10 minutes from Lille and close to the metro and the tramway, and 10 minutes from the Grand Stade Pierre My accommodation is family-friendly. When I rent it out, I stay with my friend on the same floor. If there are any problems, I'm next door to help you. A small clarification: functions or parties are prohibited.
