The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

There is a kitchen with dining area, a master bedroom with double bed and another room, which can be used as a living room or, if necessary, serves as another bedroom with the sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower. The large courtyard offers enough space for parking. Large vans can also park on the street without any problems.

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, by the house, in which 3 people can lie. Sauna towels are provided. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour. You can barbecue, a grill is available.

The vacation rental is located right next to us with a separate entrance and private terrace. Fürstenau is about 3 km away. There you will find all the shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, doctors, banks, etc. Here you have a place to relax and find peace. There are also a number of excursion destinations.
