The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a washing machine.

The "Seelenwohlwagen" offers an extremely cozy and fully equipped, sheltered space to feel good and come to you. The river Speller Aa is a 2-minute walk away, and the confluence of Großer Aa and Speller Aa is a 5-minute walk away.

Welcome to our holiday apartment with own garden. The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessed via shared stairwell. There is a living-/bed-/work- room with a queensize bed (1.4 x 2 m) and another bedroom with two beds. Bathroom with shower/bathtub and fully equipped kitchen. A farm shop and a restaurant are within walking distance. Shopping facilities, touristic sports and station can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The house is made of wood, 130 m², with a fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. There is a garden sauna, by the house, in which 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 10 euros per hour for the sauna. Please register the sauna use as I have to give a short briefing. It can be grilled, a barbecue is ready.

Peace and relaxation in the countryside

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Our farm is in the middle of nature. This small apartment is the ideal retreat to find peace and quiet. Cycling and hiking trails are right outside the door. Lake Offlum is close by (1.3 km). The Haddorfer Lakes are also not far away (3.4 km) There are other apartments in the house that can accommodate up to 7 people. Outside, there are seats available for all guests.
