The 245 is a comfortable apartment of 50 m2, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city centre. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with care, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2 minutes' walk away, or on the street (charges apply from 9 am to 7 pm). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within a 10-minute walk.

There is a separate toilet. - Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), and the other with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet. Outside, there is a paved terrace.
