Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Wheter you're visiting Italy, visiting friends or PCSing, enjoy one of the most spectacular apartments in town! 24/7 Access - It is located a few steps from the Old Town and the Train & Bus Station (you can be in front of the Grand Canal in Venice in about an hour!), and it's super easy to reach Aviano or the Highway. Literally downstairs there are a Bar, the Pharmacy and various Restaurants and Pizzerias. Last but not least, ultra-wide windows and a 55" TV Screen, Netflix included.

You will find the train station and bus station within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. It is located within the house where we normally live with another family on the upper floors. The common areas (courtyard and stairs) are accessible, but not for exclusive use.
