Ours is a large farmhouse in the hills with an internal courtyard, quiet and private. We reserve a part of the house for guests. Moruzzo is a beautiful destination in the hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a short walk from the city of Udine. Santa Margherita del Gruagno, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is 1 km away. Fagagna, San Daniele, Spilimbergo, Gemona, Venzone, and Cividale are just some of the destinations that can be reached within 30 km. An hour's drive to the sea or the mountains.

Casa Maria is a modern, open concept design, fully furnished studio apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful stone house in the historic centre of Grado. It is 30 square metres in area including a sitting area, a sleeping area,  kitchenette and bathroom. It is located amongst the small alleys and quaint squares and is surrounded by the refined restaurants and cafes, which all evoke the typically lively and yet historical atmosphere of Grado.

We offer a family welcome and a space designed to slow down and regenerate. There are three double bedrooms (with private bathrooms) and a shared kitchen and dining room. Free street parking (closed and with little traffic). Internal parking for bicycles with tools for maintenance. In the courtyard (accessible) there is a magnificent old tree. In 150 meters, through the adjacent park, you can reach bakeries, bars, tobacconists and public transport.

In the "Corte della Stria" there is a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with independent access, internal courtyard with parking option and small workshop for any bicycle repairs. Access to Wi-Fi (fiber) is guaranteed, and bicycles are also available to discover the surroundings or deck chairs to sunbathe in total relaxation thanks to the private garden. Guests from all over the world are welcome, we speak fluent English and German!

La zona è centralissima, a 50 mt. dalla spiaggia "Costa azzurra", a pochi passi da bar, supermercati, ristoranti e dal lungomare. Parcheggio privato . Ospitalità e cortesia.
