The building dates back to the 17th century and was completely renovated in 2022. It is located in the charming country village of Solre St Gery, a 10-minute drive from the Eau d'Heure lakes and the Val Joly water sports complex. Plenty of walks in the surrounding area, including the Avesnois Natural Park and the Chimay forest.

You will be close to the Mettet circuit, the Abbey of Maredsous and the Molignée Valley the birthplace of magnificent hikes suitable for everyone. You can also go to Charleroi, Namur and Dinant.

In the quiet of the Theodosian countryside, in a bucolic setting, my house will allow you to recharge your batteries. You can also walk to the ponds of Saint-Denis. By car, you will be 15 minutes from Mons, 8 minutes from Soignies. Pairi Daiza is only 20 minutes away. The central canal and its historic elevators are a 15-minute drive away. When the weather permits, you can enjoy the different terraces and the pergola.
