Cottage holiday rentals in Frome

Our only difficulty was finding our way into the property in the dark (we arrived 9ish) because we had missed their note with directions. Not their fault.

A beautiful well appointed cottage, lovely and clean with comfortable beds. The hot tub in the well kept private garden was a bonus. Poppy was responsive to questions and queries and had left some lovely personal touches to make check nice and smooth. Bath is just a short drive and there are lots of local pubs for a lovely meal out. The surrounding area was quiet and beautiful. We would definitely go back.

The pictures don’t show how gorgeous this place is! Amy was incredibly helpful and responsive. The view from the back garden area is beautiful, the cottage is spacious, quirky and stylish decor. The hot tub is wonderful; really hot and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the stars.

Beautiful place and area with rural charm and character - very therapeutic! The guest house is cosy, clean and comfortable with many items provided which made us feel welcome and at home. There is a guestbook with helpful information / instructions and recommendations for local activities. Catherine was very responsive and we felt everything was easy to understand, there were also hand written notes around the house which made it feel homely. The hot tub is lovely and tucked away in a private spot, surrounded by nature. The area is peaceful and quiet and close to The Druids Arms and Stanton Drew Stone Circle. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Many thanks to Catherine! I highly recommend.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay at Carley’s house. Close to a main road but quick access into nature with lovely creek trails that we used for walks and runs. Really cosy feel inside with a nice living space to spend time and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Outside there are plenty of options with multiple sitting areas if the weather is right and the spa was perfect at the end of each day to unwind even if a little tight for 4 adults. Carley was very communicative, we didn’t have any issues but I’m sure they would be solved quickly if there were any!

Lovely little house about a 15 mins walk away from beachfront. Nice touches put on by host with fresh breakfast items available along with all the condiments should you wish to eat in. Bed really comfortable, clean and the hot tub was used regularly. Didn't need to contact host as everything was so well explained although Joy did state we could check out later if we needed. Great place to explore and would definitely use again of in the area. Many thanks

we had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was very clean and tidy with all the essentials. Nice peaceful area with quiet neighbours. Gill and George were very responsive with any queries. wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Just back from our second visit at this beautiful house, and once again thoroughly enjoyed the amenities, privacy and beautiful surroundings. Gillie is a great host, always friendly and welcoming, and her property is now our number one place to return to for a relaxing get away.

Clean and tidy place and looked exactly as described. Ideal location for us to stay. Despite being on a working farm we found it very quiet and peaceful. Clear instructions for entry and Caroline was very responsive

Lovely escape in a peaceful location. Was very quiet & relaxing. Lots of lovely dog walks. Easy to find. Lovely pub called The Lamb a ten min drive away.

It was the perfect hideaway and base for our first visit to the beautiful countryside of Dorset. Maria was very responsive and on hand to make local recommendations for walks, restaurants, beaches, etc. The cottage was very private and had all the amenities needed for the stay. We visited right when the UK was experiencing one of the warmest spring days, so we thoroughly enjoyed the natural coolness of the stone cottage. The location was also perfect, very central to the beaches along the south coast path, National Trust sites, and renowned towns and villages. We would highly recommend staying at the Shepherd's Cottage!

Had a lovely few days at spaniel cottage, Heidi was extremely helpful with any enquiries. The gift box full of goodies was such a lovely gesture and was enjoyed 😁 The cottage was beautifully furnished with all the home comforts and not far from anywhere. Ham hill was a lovely walk with the dog and hopefully return one day in the future.

We had such a wonderful time staying at this cottage. The location is just perfect, peaceful and beautiful. The cottage is easy to find. Everything was tidy and clean as well as well equipped and beautifully decorated. You are surrounded by fields, a stream to listen to and little rabbits hopping in the field next door! Lots of fields and paths to take your dog for a walk. Enclosed garden and property so dog and child safe. Lovely to arrive to a welcome pack for the dog as well as us- chocolate, biscuits and eggs from their chickens! Lots to do and nice places to eat nearby- there is a folder with all info needed in the cottage. Perfect getaway for a family with a dog! We were lucky enough to meet the host’s dog Rocky! We had a lovely stay at Mill farm in the small and cosy HayMow cottage. Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. Thoughtfully kitted out. We were lucky enough to spend a few hours in the short lived sunshine in the little private garden. Lots of great places to visit and beautiful scenery, would recommend and would love to return for another visit !

We absolutely loved our stay in the cottage and can't say any faults. From the moment we arrived we were enjoying the unique style of the cottage and looking forward to our time there and it didn't disappoint. The area was really nice with the local steam train occasionally passing by and the garden had plenty of space for our dog to roam and they even had some long line leads already in place. The host was lovely and we felt very welcomed. Overall it was one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed in.

Just got back from a lovely stay at woodbine villa.. We choose to stay here as it isn't far from the Shepton mallet Vintage Antiques flea market.. Such a lovely cosy cottage and very homely we loved our stay and would definitely would return.. Just felt so homely.. Very good place to stay and local to surrounding villages ..

A beautiful cottage, bath with a view and lovely hot tub in private garden. Provides everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Beautiful location, so peaceful. The barn with pool table and gym was a great addition. Responsive host too, a really lovely welcome when we arrived.

Paul is a very nice host. He’s very generous also. For example, you could use as many logs of wood as you needed (obviously we tried to be reasonable 🙂). The cottage is very cosy, in a very quiet area but conveniently close from Bath. I recommend. Thanks Paul.

The cottage was absolutely immaculate. It was Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything that you could possibly need. It was a beautiful location and so peaceful. Andrea wash a delightful host. The gusts were hilarious entertainment. We worked defiantly book again.

This was our 1st time using Airbnb the cottage was really home from home , communication was great nothing to much trouble, very kindly left us breakfast items fresh milk , eggs , butter bread and so much more it was truly amazing. the accommodation was clean and well equipped anything you think you might have forgotten it was there . we didn't want to come home it was so peaceful. thank you Ann for making our break away fantastic, I will definitely use this again . till next time take care .

Amazing house! Beautiful nature around, fully detached private house with everything needed. Very quiet and warm, there’s a small fireplace. The road to the house is single lane, but asphalted and in a good condition, so even on the low clearance car it was ok. Janice is very nice and hospitable! Highly recommend!

Really lovely little cottage. I stayed here with my parents and brother the night before my wedding and it was great!

We loved our stay at Manor Cottage in Seend this past weekend. Peaceful cottage with homely feel, great tennis court and wonderful relaxing gardens. Francis made sure we were looked-after at all times. Thank you!! TJ & Gabs
