A new built townhouse with two boutique apartments in the charming white village Mijas Pueblo. Apt Coco on 2nd floor has its own furnished patio in the back. On the big rooftop terrace - which the apartments share - there is a pool (3x2 m) and an astonishing view of the ocean and mountains. The village is between Málaga and Marbella; a 30 min drive in each direction. Only a 15 min drive to the first of many beaches along the coastline. West facing, on a seventh floor with two elevators. Perfect for walking, surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and direct train from the Airport. Renovated apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. A basic contract with reservation data will be presented to sign on the day of arrival.

This lovely apartment (117m2) in Fuengirola has everything! Comfortable beds, all kitchen appliances, air conditioning, underfloor heating, nice chairs on the terrace, etc. Everything like we have it at home. In addition to all the comfort in the house, there are shared facilities such as a heated swimming pool, a small gym and a roof terrace.The beach is 100 m away, the train to Malaga stops 200 m away and the center is within walking distance. Central but quietly located.
