The building was designed and constructed by the Tokei team, and the team operates it as an inn for many people to use. The distinctive architecture is a redesign of an old townhouse using modern construction methods and traditional materials. You can enjoy a free barbecue with your family and friends using the BBQ grill provided on the fantastic wooden deck. The living room has a large 100-inch screen where you can enjoy movies and videos on a large screen (terrestrial digital broadcasting cannot be viewed). The room can accommodate up to 9 people, has 2 bedrooms, and has 2 beds and 1 futon on the ground floor. The second floor has 3 beds and 3 futons. The location is also convenient, just 5 minutes from the Nagasaka Interchange. The nearest supermarket and convenience store are just around the corner, so you won't have any trouble shopping. There is also a popular bakery just a 5-minute walk away. In addition, there are 4 hot spring facilities within 20 minutes, and easy access to Seizan, Kobuchizawa, and Hakusan. It is also close to golf courses and ski resorts, so you can fully enjoy the activities of the four seasons. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. There is a Yumichi Morning Cafe on site, and if you book at least the day before, you can eat for 1,300 yen (including consumption tax). It is 1,500 yen with a drink. We are closed in winter. Nearby, about 10 minutes by car, there is Mitsui's Forest, Tateshina Country, and Tateshina Tokyu Golf Course. Fujimi Panorama, Royal Hill, and Twin One Ski Resort are about 20 minutes away by car. It is also an ideal base for climbing at the foot of Yatsugatake. There is also a 7-Eleven, coin laundry and restaurant within a 1-minute walk. JA Pia Midori Supermarket is a 2-minute drive away. Hot springs nearby include Jomon-no-Yu and Shiokama-no-Yu. It is refreshing because of its location at an altitude of 1000 m. The host is always available, so please ask if you have any questions. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
