A really good location that the staff can tell because they have stayed there themselves. 1-minute walk to the bus stop (Tenjin direction & 2 minutes (Hakata direction) to Tenjin and Hakata without changing buses. There are many buses and it is really convenient. Rent a shared bicycle and travel like a local. (Shared bicycles are available the same day when foreigners come to Japan after registering in their own country) ● Prime Location!
