This designer room is a 2LDK measuring 51.3㎡, offered entirely as a private rental without any shared spaces with other guests. The spacious 2LDK layout includes a toilet right upon entering. The living room is straight ahead, featuring a kitchen and dining area at the front. Guests can freely use basic cooking utensils and seasonings (salt, pepper, olive oil) in the kitchen. In the back of the living room, you can enjoy meals at a low table or relax and watch TV on the sofa. Next to the kitchen, there's a door leading to the wash basin, washing machine, and bathroom. It is a 2-minute walk from the nearest station (JR Fukushima Station, JR Shin-fukushima Station, Hanshin Train Fukushima Station) to your room, and you can go to Osaka station at 1 stop(station). You can also go to USJ at 3 stops so it is very accessible! We have a security camera installed.
