WELCOME to a stay in our beautiful apartment, which is located in the amazing nature, right up the forest and with several lakes in the area - including a short distance to Østre Søbad, where you can swim all year round. There is also a sauna in connection with the lake bath. We live in the middle of Søhøjlandet and have a 10-minute drive to Silkeborg city centre. There are 2 km to Pizzeria and shopping in Virklund. There is WiFi in the house, but no TV as we invite you to enjoy peace and good nature experiences. There is underfloor heating throughout the home.

A completely unique view over the sky mountain lake Julsø, with the backdrop of the most beautiful hilly landscape. From the apartment's own terrace, you can follow the life of the lake in a wealth of different birds, and everything from kayaks to ferries. Beautiful hiking, MTB trails, cycling From the cozy mountain town of Laven, the train runs in a short time to Ry, silkeborg, Sejs, Aarhus , the station is only 400 meters from the apartment. There is no internal staircase between the floors, and there is a private entrance to the apartment. Wi-Fi 👍

Guest house in Funderådal by the forest

90 m2 independent guest house in beautiful natural surroundings, including water, heating and electricity, free firewood for wood stove, private terrace. NO TV signal, DVD option. In the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min by car to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Hilly and suitable road terrain.

Inside, you’ll find a functional space with a double bed, dining area, desk & two armchairs. The kitchen has two hobs, a combo oven, coffee maker & fridge w. freezer. Bathroom with toilet & hot shower. Stay in nature but close to town. Aarhus is a 45-min drive away.

Quiet and cosy little guesthouse in our garden that sleeps two people. The area offers ample opportunity to cycle, run or walk in the beautiful nature around Silkeborg or Gudenåen (The River Guden). Public transport (bus) 850 m. Silkeborg City Center 5 km. Jyllandsringen 4,4 km. Silkeborg Golf Club 3,7 km. Gødvad Hallen 1,4 km. Svostrup Kro 7 km. Quiet and scenic

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We live at the end of the street and the garden continues down into the forest. You can go for walks in the woods. You can wake up to birdsong and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You have your own terrace and garden furniture. The apartment is on the ground floor on one side of the house and we live upstairs and are mostly on the other side of the house. The house is large (300 sq. meters), so we do not disturb each other.

There are terraces in front of and behind the house and a large carport. In the garden, there is a shelter.
