Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

The house, located in the historic heart of Termoli. Inside you will find a small bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Netflix! At the entrance, the kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, minibar, and a part set up only for breakfast with a capsule coffee machine, a juicer and a kettle for tea. There is also a comfortable single bed and a sofa bed.

Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Farmhouse in the countryside at the foot of the Maiella

Your room will be inside the Agricasa Caprafico, the historic house inhabited by our family since 1924. You will have a double bed with the possibility of adding another single bed. Private bathroom and kitchen. On request there is the possibility of adding breakfast and a delicious dinner prepared by my mother Ivana based on typical local products and our production! An oasis of silence where you can really unplug. A mini-house surrounded by nature where you can hear the chirping of birds, the frequent howling of wolves and where you can spend time with farmyard animals. Just 25 minutes from the sea and 45 minutes from the mountains, close to places of historical and natural interest and a starting point for hiking trails.
