The apartment is located opposite Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza, in a very beautiful development with gardens, swimming pools and water features. The leisure area has a jacuzzi, swimming pools, a gym, a games room, a playroom, a sauna and a playground. It's great to come back from the beach and jump into the pools or relax in the hammock on the balcony and enjoy the view. Located on the top floor, it offers a privileged view of the beach and the sea. There is a desk in the room, which allows you to work, as the internet is fast.
