Cozy cottage in Sønderborg - Lej vores Lillehus

Hi :-) we are renting out our little annex in Sønderborg. The complex is from 1700 but got fully renovated up to standart a few years ago. It can host up to 4 people (one 160cm bed and a very good bedsofa 140cm). You can be fully on your own exploring southern denmark, but we're also available most of the time if needed. Supermarkets, waterview and forest are in walking distance. Public transport is only 50m from here. If anything else is needed dont hesitate to ask. Best regards Lisa and Håkan

We would love to welcome you into our luxurious Lukas apartment, attached to our charming home with privacy, which is one of the oldest heritage sites in Millinge, located close to the beach and beautiful nature reserves, making it a really special place to stay. Centrally located in Funen, it is a lovely home away from home that lets you visit and explore some of Denmark’s most special places while enjoying nature, calm and care in our wonderful home with a large garden and great views.

Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig. Huset er nyrenoveret i vinteren 2024/25 og indrettet med rummelig sofa og hjørnebænk til spil, middage og familiehygge. Der er fra hele huset den skønneste 180 graders udsigt over Lillebælt. Omkring huset er der græsplæne og 2 terrasser, med havemøbler, grill og liggestole. Fra huset er der 7 - 10 minutters gang til stranden. Lige forbi huset passerer også Alsstien, som er en markeret vandrerute langs kyst og gennem skove på øen Als.

The Garden House

The house is hidden in one of the old gardens in the center of Ærøskøbing, 2 minutes walk from the ferry. Surrounded by your own quiet garden ¨the forest¨ where the big old gardens meet, with two private terrasses. The spacious 40 sqm house is newly renovated with modern comfort. Enjoy the sea as well as the city in this town-house from 1856, located in the centre of idyllic Faaborg with its cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Less than 200 meters from the harbour bath (with sauna), the picturesque old harbour, the ferries to the islands, and the promenade along the sea. The apartment is decorated in a warm, earthy, relaxed style. Bedroom with double bed (140x200), living room with sofa-bed (145x200), kitchen with built-in bench, bathroom (shower).

Lige midt imellem Sønderborg og Gråsten (8 km) finder I denne hyggelige lejlighed, med egen indgang (nøgleboks). Lejligheden indeholder, entre, badeværelse med bruser, te køkken med spiseplads (der er mikrobølgeovn, kaffemaskine, el kedel - ingen koge mulighed), stue og soveværelse i samme rum. I alt er lejligheden ca. 33 m2. Derudover er der sofa, lænestol, 32" tv med Chromecast og en lille radio. Mulighed for opladning af elbil ved OK lade stander 350 m. fra lejligheden.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Kitchen: There are two hotplates, fridge with small freezer, fully equipped kitchen.

Strandlyst ferielejlighed med unik havudsigt

At bo i vores 75 kvadratmeter store ferielejlighed giver vores gæster en helt særlig fornemmelse af ferie. Når man åbner døre og vinduer, strømmer lydene ind fra skovens, havens og havets fugle. En duft af frisk havluft møder ens næsebor. Også lyset oplever vores gæster, som noget helt særligt. Specielt når aftensolen sender sine stråler ned på de omkringliggende øer, må man knibe sig i armen for at sikre sig, at man ikke drømmer.

Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work. At the same time, close to the Higway, so you can get on quickly.

Lovely ocean view summer house on Fyn

Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Dejlig feriehus på Als.

Du får huset for dig selv, og huset er beliggende centralt i Asserballeskov, i landlige omgivelser tæt på Fynshav på Als, med kort afstand til gode strande, og seværdigheder på øen. Huset er med et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, Køkken, stue og et Toilet med brusebad Det er muligt at betale for slutrengøring som koster 250 Dkr. eller 33 EURO, der er oplysning om betaling i huset.

Unikt strandsommerhus med panoramaudsigt

Arkitekttegnet sommerhus fra 2019 direkte på stranden. Her findes ro og fred og en fantastisk udsigt over vandet hvor man kan følge med i naturens forandringer igennem dagen. I hoved huset er der et soveværelse, hems, køkken, stue og bad. Corvid-19. Af sikkerhedsmæssige grunde vil der før og efter hver besøgende blive rengjort og alle overflader desinficeret.
