It is located in fantastic Birtedalen and only 70 meters from Birtevatn with a wonderful view over the entire water and rock formations towards the West. In Birtevatnet, the tenant has access to a Pioneer12 with 5 hp Suzuki that can be used for boat trips to Birtesanden, fishing trips or to put out nets available in the cabin. Right by the cabin there are also swimming opportunities on a natural "rock" about 70 meters away. In winter there are prepared ski slopes and large sledding hill.

Here in the area there are many great marked hiking trails and ski slopes summer and winter. Lots of fish in Birtevann. The trout can be seen from the living room window. No neighbors and very windy place.

There is about 30 m2 of porch plus large on the outside. As there is no electricity in the cabin field, the cabin is equipped with solar panels. So called Off-Grid. Don'T waste electricity and water otherwise there is a fireplace. in the kitchen, that's all it takes for cooking and gas stove. Indoor toilet.The toilet must BE used seated.

The place provides peace and time for family fun or an active weekend with friends. The place is 20 minutes from Treungen city centre and 30 minutes from Fyresdal city centre. Both places have culture and trading experiences. winter time is Gautefall ski center only 30 minutes away. Upright cross country trails on Våmur get 10 min north of Fyrismo.

Welcome to the cozy little cabin Elvheim! Newly decorated to receive people who want to discover Fyresdal and West Telemark. It is a great start for exploring nearby attractions and wonderful nature. Around us there are plenty of mountains, forest tracks, lakes and rivers. For the winter season we have cross country tracks just outside the door and for downhill skiing and snowboarding the alpine center Vrådal Panorama is just a 40 minutes drive from here.

Hamaren Tretoppveg nås med bil på ca. 25 min.
