A sweet cozy (complete privacy)vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake area, bustling with activity in the summer and has a great middle class. The flower garden(butterfly garden)of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the corn mill ,t Lam. Come here relaxed with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the girls, blackbirds and sparrows.(sometimes Sunday of the church bells). Hanzekop 1 House with IJsselmeer-NL view

Tastefully furnished holiday home with a spacious terrace and view over the IJsselmeer. Note when booking: The annual Stavers party will take place on the nearby grounds, mid-June 2026. Also in July 2026, the 18th edition of the fishing days of Stavoren will be held nearby. The exact dates are not yet known. It's a unique opportunity to experience these events, but they do cause noise nuisance. If you are looking for peace, you better choose a different period. The Hanzekop team.

The houses in the park are both permanently inhabited and rented out for vacation. You can walk, cycle and mountain bike to your heart's content in the area. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easy to reach. The house is fully and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

De Hoeve has a nice garden and a kitchen that offers you the opportunity to cook deliciously for your company. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, and you can eat together at the dining table in the living room. A space for six to eight people is available to spend a comfortable holiday in the Hoeve. Romantic country garden house looking out over meadows, with large porch. Endless view, amazing sunsets. Nature area with birds. Deluxe kitchen, garden, free parking, excellent wifi. Two bedrooms, one mezzazine, sleeps 6 people. Please note the mezzazine has a steep ladder. We prefer to host families or people with reviews. 30 minute drive to Amsterdam, Alkmaar and Zaandam. Closer are Edam, Volendam and Marken.

This national monument from 1750 with a spacious garden and private berth, is on the water in Woudsend. A cozy water sports village between the Heegermeer and the Slotermeer. A house that is equipped with all comforts. In the garden, it is wonderful to sit under the umbrella with a view of the boats sailing by. Enjoy the evening with a drink by the magma garden fireplace. In the barn, there is an infrared sauna.

Idyllic cottage to yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (They are in Giethoorn Zuid = 45 minutes walk) Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.
