In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

The surrounding areas include the Atlantic, river beaches, fields, forests, the Pateira lagoon, Curia Thermal spa, the national velodrome of Anadia amongst other places. The region is well known for its wines and its gatronomy and is ideal to relax or work.
