Holmlea was built as a weaver’s cottage in the 1840s and was entirely renovated in 2023. We’re proud of how warm and calming the space now is. Netherthird is a stunning detached farmhouse set in a wonderfully elevated position, with the most glorious views of the surrounding Galloway Hills. Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

Springwell cottage

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Corrie hotel bar 5 min walk and dog friendly Also Mara seafood cabin and Deli take away or eat in .

Valley View is my cosy detached house situated in a semi-rural location within 10 minutes drive from both Dumfries town centre and Thornhill. There are many things to do in Dumfries. It can be a parkland golf course, mountain bike trails at the 7 stanes, camera obscura, a farmers market, restaurants, children's play parks, hills, rivers, forest walks and much more. Dumfries' museums are also treasure troves for uncovering the local history including Robert Burns.

The Old Schoolhouse

A Victorian Schoolhouse, now a cozy and stylish home. The Old Schoolhouse has 3 bedrooms, shower room & en suite bathroom. Wood stove in the lounge, open fire in the kitchen, and central heating. Light, bright, with a large garden looking onto the fields beyond- snowdrops in the spring, cherries in summer, and apples in autumn. The occasional escapee hen wandering about. The perfect place for a proper holiday.

Dumfries and Galloway is a part of Southern Scotland often overlooked by those heading North to the Highlands. It retains a slow old fashioned character and is a hub for arts and crafts as well as having many lovely beaches, pubs and restaurants. Our cottage is just the thing for getting away from modern life and relaxing. Exceptionally quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views, great walks etc. Dogs are welcome

The Sparrow cottage is perfect for romantic, cosy nights away and to explore the beautiful fells. Head outside to the private dining area overlooking countryside and fell views. Watch the newborn lambs being born in springtime and listen to the beautiful birds all year round. On a lovely starry night enjoy a soak in your luxury private hot tub with a glass of bubbles and a good book.

Mally is situated in the centre of the delightful fishing town of Kirkcudbright. The house was completely refurbished into a luxury holiday let in 2021. Comprising of 2 bedrooms, one king and one single. The property sleeps 3 people. The downstairs is bright and open plan making it a sociable space to enjoy your stay.

Silverbank, Whiting Bay

Silverbank, built by Captain Patterson in 1770 has been fully refurbished over the past two years. It commands a prominent position in the town of Whiting Bay with its long sweeping lawn to the front. A newly installed deck to the front and 7 person hot tub has recently been installed May ‘24.
