The property is a floating fibreglass sailing boat with light-coloured solid wood interior fittings, featuring a very bright living/kitchen area of approximately 12 square metres during the day and comfortable at night thanks to recessed spotlights with warm lighting on the deck. There are two double rooms, one on the right-hand side and one on the left-hand side, each with a wardrobe and recessed courtesy lights that can be switched off from the bed, and a full bathroom with a toilet with an electric macerating system and a shower with hot water.

La struttura è una barca a vela galleggiante in vetroresina con arredi interni in legno massello chiaro, con una dinetta soggiorno cucina di circa 12 mq molto luminosa di giorno, e confortevole di notte con faretti incassati con le sue luci calde nell'imperiale. Le camere disposte una a prua e due in poppa una sul lato destro e una sul lato sinistro, complete di armadietto appendiabiti e faretti di cortesia disposti in modo da essere spenti dal letto.
