The house is built in 1905, there are hardwood floors and high ceilings in every room. Quiet scenic areas (municipal forest 1 km.) Large common area with grass on the plot. Reasonably cheap heating and hot water. There is geothermal heating and good insulation.

Good parking facilities and shopping possibility about 300 meters from the house as well as bus to the city center about 200 meters from the house.
