Nestled in one of the best-kept secret neighbourhoods of the city, it sits on a major metro line (line 3). 1 min away is a bustling local café, and around the area many independent coffee shops, grocery stores, biweekly food market, and parks. (Building rules do not permit pets, even service ones).

Inspiré par l'atmosphère raffinée des suites d'hôtel, cet appartement offre un équilibre parfait entre modernité et chaleur. Vous plongerez dans une ambiance cosy où chaque élément, éclairage tamisé, textiles douillets, a été soigneusement sélectionné pour créer une atmosphère enveloppante. Idéalement situé, profitez de ce nid parfait pour vivre à la parisienne le temps d'une parenthèse.

Très lumineux et joliment rénové, l'appartement dispose d'une grande pièce principale avec un vrai salon et une belle cuisine de maison toute équipée donnant sur les toits de Paris. Vous trouverez tous les commerces, restaurants et bars de quartier en bas de l'immeuble. Le metro Gambetta ainsi que le cimetière du Père-Lachaise sont 5 minutes à pied. De l'autre côté, les petits escaliers de Ménilmontant.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

✨ Loft Parisien parfait pour découvrir Paris et profiter d'un joli quartier de l’est de la capitale ! 🍷 Gambetta est un quartier agréable avec de jolis immeubles haussmannien et beaucoup de commerces de bouches, l'appartement se trouve à 150m de la jolie place Martin Nadaud et de la station de métro Gambetta (ligne 3). Nous y vivons depuis 6 ans.
