Enjoy the walk-out deck for a barbecue with outside dinning or the personal gym formally owned by a female Olympic weightlifter. The house is located on a quiet court with direct access to all major highways, 270, 15, 340 and 70. The location is one of the nicest most convenient spots in Frederick, one block away and you can enjoy the Golden Mile of restaurants and shopping, yet the subdivision is quiet & peaceful.

Thanks for checking out our treehouse! It’s 4 minutes from downtown Shepherdstown and 15 minutes from downtown Harpers Ferry. We are excited to share it with other fun-loving folks! The treehouse has heat and AC, a tiny kitchen with a mini fridge, stove top, toaster oven, gravity-fed sink and kitchenware. There’s a bathhouse built on the back of the host’s home with a conventional toilet and shower. There’s also an outhouse with a light and essentials. We provide wood for the fire pit also.

Tiny A-Frame Retreat in the Woods

Beautiful, quiet woodland setting with a creek running through it, just 5 miles from downtown Frederick. Tucked away into the woods our tiny A-Frame has a comfortable queen bed(not an air mattress) for a rest and retreat fully immersed in the poplar woods. This is a camping style set up- so if you enjoy camping then this place is for you. No running water- but plenty of good clean mountain water available , no electricity, compost toilet. We do not allow dogs.
