Welcome to a spacious and cosy house in a popular central area! There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and large common areas on the first floor. The heart of the house is the open-plan living room and kitchen. The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor, which are older in terms of fittings but fully functional and practical during your stay. Outside, you will find a large garden and pleasant outdoor areas. The house has not been recently refurbished, and the standard is somewhat basic in some areas. In return, you get plenty of space and a great location.

This small annexe is centrally located, a short distance from Kongstenhallen, the golf course, and the Old Town, with a ferry service to the city centre and good bus connections. A short distance to the grocery store. The annexe is located in our garden and includes a bed that can be pulled out to form a double bed (with two 80-cm single mattresses), duvets and pillows, a small, basic kitchenette with basic facilities, and a shower and toilet. Bed linen can be hired for an additional charge: £300 per person. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking.

The center of Fredrikstad and the college are only 20 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to free ferry that takes you to the old town or city center. I want all guests to feel welcome and at home. The apartment is located in a scenic area with a short distance to both the city and the forest. It is a 3 min drive to grocery stores, bakery and pharmacy. (walking distance 15-20 min). At the shopping center there is also a free city ferry to the old town and to the city center. There is easy access to great hiking areas in the immediate vicinity of the home. The apartment also has a sunny outdoor area for use. The host is available for assistance and guidance. We are fluent in English, German and French.

Nice apartment. 3 minutes from train station with connection to Oslo and Gothenburg. Short way to the city center, 3 cafes in the immediate vicinity, grocery store on Kråkerøy or city center. Quiet and nice area. Low traffic. Public parking in the street in marked places, for a fee 8 am to 6 pm on weekdays, until 3 pm Saturday and free on public holidays.
