My apartment has a beautiful ocean view, is spacious and comfortable, balcony with beautiful view, 120 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, private barbecue, glazed, living and dining room integrated with kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, super ventilated, air-conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fan in the living room. Everything is well maintained. Building with only 10 units. I have a hobby box on the ground floor with beach gear that fits a bike. And the best part: it's 25 meters from the beach!!!

Casa da Montanha Ludvig is located on the same grounds as the owners' house. We have 6 dogs, all very gentle but separated by a fence from the cabin. A beautiful and exclusive place where nature and affection for animals are preserved!
