Geumjin Beach is a 30-second walk away, and there is an old-fashioned kitchen that is convenient to use both indoors and outdoors. It is used as a private house for couples and family trips, etc. You can use the entire private house, and the barbecue area is at the back. For barbecues, we provide a grill, charcoal, butane gas, and a torch free of charge. Nearby, there are Jeongdongjin and Simgok Beach's Buae-gil. You can come with a small dog, etc.~~

The city centre can be reached within 10 minutes by car, and the beach can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. Nearby, there are beaches such as Namhangjin, Anmok and Jeongdongjin, and There are also golf courses, such as Maple Beach. It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

The wooden structure, which has stood for 86 years, has plenty to do with some crumbling spots. We saved the circle as much as possible with the hanok column, and we replaced some of the absences that we couldn't save, so that the past and present hang out in the wooden structure. Every space indoors was taken care to be visually communicated with the outside yard. The spacious bathroom space is designed to be the coziest place in this house.
