Luxury villa: 15 acres of private land & pool

Set back 100 metres from the road and within 15 acres of private fenced land, this beautiful 18th century house is peaceful and secluded. The spacious interior and large separate pool house allows large groups to spend a holiday together without ever feeling crowded. Inside the house is furnished to a very high standard. Outside there are two separate dining patios. The pool 15m x 7m has an automatic safety cover with security clips. The pool house provides additional ensuite accommodation.

Beautiful Villa in the pines with pool

Come visit the Cévennes and relax in this spacious place. This villa of 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, has a heated swimming pool of 12x5m, 1.5 m deep, including a 30 cm baby "beach" on a 3000 m2 enclosed plot. Gilles wishes to share with you his taste for distant journeys through a chosen decoration. Very bright 165 m2 house on a 2500 m2 plot overlooking a beautiful Provençal village with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The house is very comfortable with 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen (slicer, Thermomix TM6…) The place is extremely quiet with a distant neighborhood without disturbance, please also respect the tranquility of the village, especially in the evening.
