The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Basement/4 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 2 with bunk beds also and 2 more bathrooms. Upstairs/Bunk room with 6 bunk beds. Sleeps 26 total!
