The cottage has a ground floor with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and toilet/shower of 25 sqm and a sleeping loft of 10 sqm. As a guest, you also have the opportunity to use ski trails outside the door. The cottage is not rented out to smokers. The cottage is not rentable for smokers.

Cabin of 20 sqm with 4 beds and a magical view of the lake. Approximately 150 meters to the lake with a shared swimming area. There are 4 spring beds, dining area with chairs and sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small toilet but shower, toilet and sink are also in a separate cottage next door. We provide free bed linens and bath towels if you need them. The cottage should be left cleaned in the condition it was in when you arrived. The house is located in a child-friendly residential neighborhood close to nature, about 10-15 minutes by car from Skellefteå city center. I & my two sons live in the other part of the villa.
