Welcome to rent our cozy cottage in Grönhult with proximity to Vimmerby, Astrid Lindgren's World 23 km and the summer town of Västervik 35 km. The cottage is located on a gravel road with the forest as the nearest neighbor. A nice child-friendly swimming area is five minutes away by car. Two bedrooms and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower (water heater 50l) No drain so it is separate. In the kitchen, there is a stove, half fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a barbecue outside. For outdoor games, there is a dartboard, bokia and kubb.

Dammstugan is located on the beautiful Asby headland. Here you live in the middle of beautiful nature with a nice view of the landscape. Large spacious porch with both day and evening sun. Hiking trails close to the cabin. Possibility of nice fishing in beautiful Ödesjön, where you can walk in 10 minutes. There are plenty of pike and perch. It is also possible to rent a rowing boat. Free access to trampoline, swing and toys. Guests need to bring their own bed linens and towels. Possibility to charge the electric car

Grankvistgården (Farmhouse)

Now you have the opportunity to stay in our farmhouse at Grankvistgården from the 18th century in the middle of central Vimmerby. Access to a wonderful large garden with a gazebo and parking in the yard. Here you live centrally but privately and are close to both shops, restaurants and Astrid Lindgrens World. The house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children as well as a small child as there is a crib. Alternatively 4 adults. Sleeps and towels are not included. The tenant cleans before check-out.

Enjoy a rural stay with modern comfort and space for 6 – two sofa beds downstairs, one double and two single beds in the loft. Duvets, pillows, kitchen and toilet towels are included. The property is located on a very quiet rural road from where you can take wonderful bike tours and hikes in our picture book landscape. The next lake with a beach is 5 km away and the Baltic Sea is easy to reach by car. Excursions: e.g. Astrid Lindgren's birthplace, Astrid Lindgren's world, many film locations and Västervik on the archipelago

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
