This luxurious cozy cottage features a Jason AirMasseur Hydrotherapy tub, king-size bed, full tiny house bathroom, and kitchenette. Enjoy this clean, modern cottage for the perfect couples getaway. Enjoy views of wildlife, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Hot Springs National Park from our serene six acres in the valley. Our property is removed from the hustle and bustle of city life while just minutes away from downtown, Hot Springs NP, Cedarglades Park/Northwoods Trails and Lake Ouachita State Park.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Amazing pebbled floored shower with marble vanity in the bathroom. This unit is my smallest, it’s like staying in a tiny house. It does have the largest covered patio. No view of lake , However you do have acess to the lake front by walking down right hand side of property. Fishing Fire Pit.

Northwoods getaway is nestled in the wooded hills surrounding downtown Hot Springs. It is centrally located in the Park Avenue "Uptown" area. The house is 1 mile from historic bathhouse row and the National Park. The Mid-Century home is compact, but has all the amenities you will need for your getaway. The outdoor patio is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. *Please note* No parties of any kind. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. 4 guests maximum!

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We highly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.
