There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Access to the beach by trail or exclusive staircase, a beautiful exercise for the body and soul.

It is a perfect space for those looking for a little corner to enjoy amidst nature and close to the sea. The large windows, with a deck in front, offer a partial view of the sea, the dunes and a beautiful sunset. We offer beach chairs, sun umbrellas and sand bags, as well as towels for use on the beach. The double bathtub is immersion only, with no whirlpool.

Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.
